To begin receiving wages, you need to complete, sign, and submit the following forms:

• Complete each form electronically, print them, and sign them.

• Email the completed My Pay Solutions form to Brent Bitter at brent.bitter@grace-charlotte.org.

• Submit the printed and signed forms to the director.

​

Wages cannot be paid until each of these forms are completed accurately and submitted. 

Payroll is submitted on Mondays and employees receive their deposit by Friday. Be sure to submit forms before Monday to ensure you can be paid on time.  Payroll takes place biweekly.

Your My Pay Solutions Account​

Once your forms are received and processed, you will receive an email invitation to create a​ My Pay Solutions account with Thomson Reuters. This will allow you to view your payroll information, pay stubs, scheduled withholdings, and your Form W-2. If you have trouble logging into your account, contact My Pay Solutions at 1-844-332-5157​​ or support@mypaysolutions.com.
