​With this selection, I acknowledge that I agree to the following:

• Current tuition and pizza fees are charged each Monday.

• The extracurricular fee is charged on the 8th of each month. 

• A one-time $150 enrollment fee is charged upon enrollment.

• A one-time $20 key fob fee is charged upon enrollment. 

• An annual fee of $150 is charged each July 1. 

With this selection, I acknowledge that I have reviewed the Grace Childcare Center Parent Handbook. I understand and I agree to cooperate with all  policies and procedures by which the center operates in accordance with North Carolina licensure rules and regulations.
